2. Where do you deliver?
We deliver to a wide range of Perth metropolitan suburbs. You can find the full list of eligible postcodes in the “Delivery Areas” section below.

3. Why don’t you offer Australia-wide postage?
Our gift boxes are hand-packed for presentation. Local delivery ensures every box arrives exactly as intended—beautiful, intact, and ready to be gifted without the risk of damage through postal handling.

4. Are your products locally sourced?
Many items are locally made, while some are premium imported products chosen to complement each collection.

5. Can I order a gift for someone else?
Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient’s delivery details at checkout.

6. Do you offer corporate gifting?
Please contact us for corporate gifting.

7. Do you offer custom gift boxes?
Customisation isn’t available, but we welcome ideas for future box concepts.

Ordering & Checkout

8. How do I place an order?
Select your preferred box, choose your gift message on the product page, add to cart, and complete checkout.

9. What payment options are available?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Afterpay.

10. Can I include a gift message?
Yes. You can choose from a range of preset messages on each product page.

11. Can I write my own custom note?
No custom notes are available at this time—only the provided preset messages.

12. Can I schedule my delivery date?
Yes, you can choose a delivery date during checkout.

13. Can I edit or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t left our studio, we can help with edits or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible.

14. How will I know when my order is delivered?
You’ll receive email updates, including confirmation once delivery has been completed.

15. Is tracking available?
No tracking links are provided, as deliveries are handled directly. You’ll receive notification by email instead.

16. Can I place multiple orders to different addresses?
Yes—simply complete each order separately.

17. Do you offer bulk or mass orders?
Yes. For large quantities, please contact us directly so we can assist.

Delivery

18. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery may be available depending on the time and location. If available, it will appear at checkout.

19. Is delivery free?
Delivery is free to all eligible suburbs listed in our service area.

20. What time will my order arrive?
Delivery occurs during the chosen date. Exact time windows cannot be guaranteed.

21. What if the recipient isn’t home?
Where possible, we’ll attempt safe drop. If this isn’t suitable, redelivery may be arranged.

22. Can I change the delivery address?
We can update your delivery address if your order hasn’t been dispatched. Please contact us promptly.

23. Do you deliver to hospitals or workplaces?
Yes, provided they are within our delivery zones and accept deliveries.

Products & Packaging

24. What’s inside the gift boxes?
Each box includes a curated selection of premium items—ranging from lifestyle goods and accessories to gourmet treats and keepsakes—depending on the theme.

25. Are all items Australian-made?
Not all. We use both local and imported items depending on quality and suitability.

26. Can I change or swap items inside a box?
No, all gift boxes are pre-curated.

27. Do you offer dietary alternatives?
Not at this time.

28. How are the boxes packed?
Every box is packed by hand to ensure presentation and quality.

29. Do boxes come wrapped?
Yes. Each box is beautifully presented and ready to be gifted.

30. Are children’s gift boxes available?
Yes—our “Hoppy Capy Cuties” box is suitable for children aged 3 and up.
