3. Sensitive information
Where required, we ask for explicit consent before using sensitive profile details and matching preferences for matching, personalisation, and safety-related processing. We keep records of those consent choices and may show them to you inside the app’s privacy center.
Delbaré is community-focused, but you should only include information you are comfortable sharing. Depending on what you choose to add or reveal through your profile and messages, your use of Delbaré may reveal sensitive information such as cultural or ethnic background, nationality, language, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, relationship preferences, photos, beliefs, or personal circumstances.
You should not upload private documents, financial information, health information, exact address details, or other highly sensitive material unless we specifically ask for it for a support, safety, or legal reason.
4. How we use information
- To create, verify, maintain, and secure your account.
- To display your profile to other users according to app settings, filters, and your choices.
- To provide discovery, matching, messaging, blocking, reporting, appeals, account deletion, and premium feature access.
- To use approximate location, distance calculations, city, country, or region information to show relevant profiles, apply discovery filters, improve safety, and prevent misuse.
- To provide premium tools such as profile boost, travel mode, incognito mode, read receipts, Likes You, and second chance match experiences where enabled.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to scams, fake profiles, spam, harassment, abuse, illegal content, and unsafe behaviour.
- To review reports and moderate profiles, photos, messages, and accounts.

- To send service messages, support replies, safety notices, and important app updates.

- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests where required.
5. How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited situations:
- With other users: your visible profile details, photos, approximate distance, and messages are shared according to how the app works and the choices you make.
- With service providers: we use trusted providers for hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, email, security, app distribution, payment processing if introduced, and support.
- For safety: we may use or disclose information to investigate abuse, protect users, prevent fraud, respond to urgent safety concerns, or enforce our policies.
- For legal reasons: we may disclose information if required by law, court order, government request, or to protect legal rights.
- Business changes: if Delbaré is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructure, investment, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that process.
6. International storage and service providers
Delbaré may use cloud, hosting, analytics, email, infrastructure, security, and app platform providers located in Australia or overseas. This means your information may be stored or processed outside your country of residence. We take reasonable steps to use providers that protect information appropriately.
7. Photos, profile content, and messages
Your photos, profile text, reports, and messages may be reviewed by automated tools or humans where needed to operate safety features, investigate reports, enforce our terms, detect spam or scams, protect users, or comply with legal obligations. We do not guarantee that every profile or message is reviewed before it appears in the app.
8. Data retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the app, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, prevent abuse, comply with law, and protect users. If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your profile information where reasonably possible, but we may retain limited records where required for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, backups, platform integrity, or legitimate business purposes.
Safety reports, moderation records, blocked-user records, and audit logs may be retained longer than standard profile content where reasonably needed for platform safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, law-enforcement cooperation, or dispute handling.
9. Your choices and rights

10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. However, no app, website, network, or storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for reporting suspicious activity.
11. Children and age restriction
Delbaré is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the app. We do not knowingly allow children to use Delbaré. If we learn that a person under 18 has created an account, we may remove the account and related content.

Terms of Use
Last updated: 3 June 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Delbaré, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Safety Tips, and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be legally allowed to use dating or social connection services in your location.
- You must not use Delbaré if we have banned, suspended, or removed your account unless we give written permission.
- You must provide accurate account and profile information and keep it reasonably up to date.
3. Community purpose and non-discrimination
Delbaré is designed around shared connection to Iranian and Persian culture. The app is not intended to be used to harass, shame, exclude, or abuse people based on nationality, ethnicity, race, religion, gender identity, sexuality, disability, age, immigration status, or other protected or personal attributes.
4. Your account
You are responsible for activity that happens through your account. Keep your login details secure and contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You may not sell, rent, transfer, or share your account with another person.
5. How Delbaré works
Delbaré allows users to create profiles, browse profiles, like or pass on profiles, match, chat, block, report, and manage their account. We do not guarantee matches, dates, compatibility, relationship outcomes, identity verification, background checks, or the accuracy of user content. You are responsible for your own decisions and interactions.
6. User content
You are responsible for photos, profile text, messages, reports, and other content you upload or send. You confirm that you have the right to use and share that content. You give Delbaré a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt, moderate, remove, and use your content as needed to operate, promote, protect, and improve the service.
7. Prohibited behaviour
- No fake profiles, impersonation, catfishing, misleading identity information, duplicate accounts created to avoid restrictions, or stolen photos.
- No misrepresenting your age, identity, location, relationship status, intentions, or connection to another person.
- No harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech, intimidation, stalking, or abusive behaviour.
- No sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, trafficking, or content involving minors.
- No explicit nudity, pornographic content, sexual solicitation, or unwanted sexual messages.
- No scams, spam, investment schemes, suspicious links, phishing, or attempts to obtain passwords or verification codes.
- No requests for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, bank details, financial details, investments, passwords, private codes, or identity documents.
- No sharing another person’s private information, photos, messages, or contact details without consent.
- No illegal content, illegal activity, violence, weapons promotion, or instructions for harm.
- No scraping, bots, reverse engineering, security testing without permission, or attempts to bypass moderation, payment, account, or app restrictions.
7A. Fake accounts, impersonation, and misleading profiles
You must not create or use a fake, misleading, or impersonating account on Delbaré. This includes pretending to be another person, using someone else’s photos without permission, misrepresenting your age, identity, location, relationship status, or intentions, creating duplicate accounts to avoid restrictions, or using Delbaré for scams, spam, harassment, or financial requests.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that we believe are fake, misleading, impersonating someone, unsafe, fraudulent, or harmful to the community. We may also retain limited records where necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, moderation, or platform integrity.
8. Safety and meeting people
Online dating involves risk. Take your time, protect your personal information, be careful with links and money requests, and meet in public if you choose to meet someone. Delbaré does not conduct criminal background checks and is not responsible for the conduct of users inside or outside the app.
9. Moderation and enforcement
We may review, hide, remove, restrict, suspend, or ban accounts or content if we believe these terms, the Community Guidelines, or safety rules have been breached. We may also act to protect users, prevent fraud, comply with law, or reduce legal, security, platform, or reputational risk. We are not required to provide a warning before taking action.
10. Reports, blocking, and appeals
Users can report profiles or behaviour and block users. We aim to review safety reports fairly, but we may not tell you the outcome of another user’s account for privacy and safety reasons. If you believe your account was restricted or removed by mistake, contact support@delbare.com.au to request a review. We may not restore accounts where safety, fraud, legal, or platform integrity concerns remain.
We may create internal moderation cases, review records, and audit logs when safety complaints are received, when serious harm is suspected, or when account action is taken. Users may also be able to review parts of their own report history and support information inside the app.
11. Paid features, subscriptions, refunds, and third parties
Delbare may offer paid digital features through recurring subscription plans, including D+ and D++. Current plan names, features, and pricing will be shown in the app before purchase. Subscription access continues only while the relevant subscription remains active and in good standing.
Paid access does not guarantee that another user will reply, continue chatting, meet in person, form a relationship, or remain available on Delbare. A matched user may unmatch, block, delete their account, be removed for safety reasons, or choose not to respond.
Payments may be processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another payment provider where permitted. The relevant platform or payment provider may apply its own billing terms, refund rules, technical requirements, taxes, and payment processing conditions.
Refunds are handled in accordance with the rules of the relevant app store or payment provider and any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other laws that apply to you. We do not promise refunds simply because a user does not reply, a conversation ends, a match is no longer available, or a premium feature does not lead to a relationship outcome, unless required by law or the relevant platform rules.
We may remove access to paid features if your account is suspended, banned, deleted, fraudulent, unsafe, or in breach of these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or platform rules. Delbaré may link to third-party services, but we are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
12. Account deletion
You may delete your account through the app or by contacting support if you cannot access the app. Deleting your account may remove your profile from discovery and close access to the app. Some information may be retained where needed for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, dispute, or safety reasons.
13. Copyright and photo rights
You must only upload content you own or have permission to use. If you believe content on Delbaré infringes your copyright, contact support@delbare.com.au with the content details, your contact information, and proof of ownership or authority.
14. Disclaimers
Delbaré is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific matches, relationship outcomes, identity verification, background checks, or that all user content is accurate or safe. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties that are not required by law.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delbaré is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss caused by user conduct, third-party services, unauthorised access, downtime, moderation decisions, or decisions you make based on interactions through the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we may provide notice through the app, website, or email. Continued use of Delbaré after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
17. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@delbare.com.au.
Community Guidelines
Last updated: 3 June 2026
Delbaré exists to help people make respectful, genuine connections. These guidelines explain what is welcome, what is not allowed, and how we respond when safety issues are reported.
1. Be genuine
- Use your own photos and honest profile information.
- Do not create or use a fake, misleading, or impersonating account.
- Do not pretend to be another person, celebrity, business, community figure, or another Delbaré user.
- Do not use someone else’s photos, stolen photos, AI-generated impersonations, or images you do not have permission to use.
- Do not misrepresent your age, identity, location, relationship status, intentions, or account ownership.
- Do not create duplicate accounts to avoid blocks, bans, reports, verification checks, or moderation.
2. Be respectful
- No harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, stalking, or repeated unwanted contact.
- No hate speech or degrading content based on nationality, ethnicity, race, religion, gender identity, sexuality, disability, age, immigration status, or other personal attributes.
- No pressure for dates, photos, money, private information, or sexual conversation.
- No shaming, humiliation, revenge posting, or sharing private conversations outside the app to harm someone.
- Delbaré is built around connection to Iranian and Persian culture, but users must not use that focus to harass, exclude, shame, or abuse others.
3. Keep it safe
- Never send money, gift cards, bank details, verification codes, passwords, identity documents, or cryptocurrency to someone you met online.
- Be careful with links, investment offers, urgent requests, sob stories, or anyone who avoids normal verification.
- Meet in public places, tell a friend where you are going, and leave if something feels wrong.
- Report suspicious profiles, scams, abusive behaviour, or safety concerns.
- If you use premium visibility tools like incognito mode or travel mode, make sure your profile still reflects your real intentions and respectful conduct.
4. Photo and content rules
- No nudity, pornography, sexual acts, or sexually explicit profile content.
- No violent, graphic, hateful, threatening, or illegal content.
- No photos of children on their own, and no content that sexualises or endangers minors.
- No stolen photos, AI-generated impersonations, watermarked images, or content you do not have permission to use.
- No advertising, spam, recruitment, selling, or promotional content without permission.
5. Messaging rules
- Start conversations respectfully.
- Do not send unwanted sexual comments, explicit images, abuse, threats, or spam.
- Do not pressure someone to move off-app, meet, share private details, or reply faster.
- Respect “no”, silence, unmatching, and blocking.
- Do not misuse read receipts, Likes You, or other premium features to harass, pressure, or repeatedly contact other users.
6. Reporting and blocking
If a profile or message feels fake, unsafe, abusive, inappropriate, or suspicious, use Report. If you do not want someone to contact or see you, use Block. Reports help us review behaviour and improve community safety.
Depending on the situation, we may create moderation cases, retain limited safety evidence, provide follow-up support resources, and keep audit records of moderation actions. Where available, users may also see report history and privacy-related tools inside the app.
Common report reasons may include:
- Fake profile
- Impersonation
- Stolen photos
- Scam or money request
- Harassment or abuse
- Under 18
- Inappropriate content
- Other safety concern
7. Moderation actions and appeals
Depending on the issue, we may remove content, hide a profile, warn a user, restrict features, block login, suspend an account, ban an account, or report serious illegal content to appropriate authorities. Severe safety issues may result in immediate removal without warning. If you believe we made a mistake, you can contact support and ask for a review.
8. Emergency and urgent safety
Delbaré is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. For app safety concerns, email safety@delbare.com.au with screenshots, usernames, dates, and a short description.
Safety Tips
Last updated: 3 June 2026
1. Protect your personal information
- Do not share your home address, workplace details, banking information, passwords, verification codes, passport details, or private documents.
- Use the in-app chat until you feel comfortable. Be careful if someone pushes you to move to another app quickly.
- Be cautious with links, downloads, investment offers, emergency money requests, and stories that feel too rushed or too dramatic.
2. Meeting in person
- Meet in a public place for the first few meetings.
- Tell a friend where you are going and who you are meeting.
- Arrange your own transport and keep your phone charged.
- Leave immediately if you feel unsafe, pressured, or uncomfortable.
3. Scams and suspicious behaviour
- Never send money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, bank details, passwords, login codes, verification codes, personal documents, or identity documents to someone you meet on Delbaré.
- Be careful if someone avoids meeting, refuses normal conversation, asks for secrecy, quickly moves the conversation off the app, or tells a sudden emergency story.
- Be cautious with investment offers, crypto opportunities, suspicious links, urgent requests, or anyone who builds trust quickly and then asks for money or private information.
- Report suspicious profiles, fake photos, money requests, harassment, threats, impersonation, or unsafe behaviour.
4. Report and block
Use Report when something breaks our rules or feels unsafe. Use Block when you do not want a person to contact or see you. For urgent app safety matters, email safety@delbare.com.au.
Serious complaints may be reviewed through internal moderation processes, with support resources offered where appropriate. Keep screenshots, usernames, dates, and a short description to help us investigate faster.
Payments & Refunds
Last updated: 3 June 2026
1. Subscription plans
Delbare currently offers premium monthly subscription plans such as D+ and D++. The current plan name, billing period, price, and included features will be shown in the app before you confirm purchase.
2. What premium plans include
D+ and D++ may include premium digital features such as unlimited likes, rewind, profile performance insights, profile boost, Likes You, incognito mode, travel mode, read receipts, second chance matches, and priority in discovery, depending on the plan you choose and any changes we make over time.
Payment does not guarantee that another user will reply, keep chatting, meet you, form a relationship, or remain available on Delbare. Other users may unmatch, block, delete their account, be removed for safety reasons, or simply choose not to respond.
3. App store and payment provider billing
Payments may be processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or another payment provider where permitted. Your purchase may be subject to the rules, billing terms, renewal process, cancellation process, taxes, currency conversion, and technical requirements of the relevant platform or payment provider.
4. Refunds and cancellations
Refund requests are handled according to the rules of the relevant app store or payment provider and any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws. Where a purchase was made through Apple or Google, you may need to request a refund or manage cancellation through that platform.
Unless required by law or platform rules, Delbare does not guarantee refunds because a user does not respond, a conversation ends, a match disappears, a user unmatches or blocks you, you change your mind, or you are unhappy with the outcome of a premium feature.
5. Misuse and loss of access
We may restrict or remove access to paid features without a refund where we reasonably believe an account is fake, fraudulent, unsafe, underage, used for scams or harassment, or in breach of our Terms, Community Guidelines, platform rules, or applicable law.
6. Contact about payments
For payment or subscription questions, contact support@delbare.com.au. Please include the email linked to your Delbare account, the date of purchase, the platform used, and enough detail for us to understand your request. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, verification codes, or sensitive payment information by email.
Delete Account
Last updated: 3 June 2026
How to delete your account in the app
- Open Delbaré.
- Go to your Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion when prompted.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@delbare.com.au from the email address linked to your Delbaré account and write “Delete my account” in the subject line. We may ask for information to verify that the request is coming from the account owner.
What happens after deletion

Backup copies may take additional time to expire from our systems.
