Delivery Policy

At Delbaré, every gift box is created with care, precision, and a commitment to quality. Because our boxes contain handcrafted items, natural ingredients, and artisan chocolates that deserve to arrive in perfect condition, we offer local delivery within Perth metro only.

We do not offer any postage services.

Local Delivery (Perth Metro Only)

We deliver across Perth metro areas.
During checkout, you’ll be able to select:

  • Free Scheduled Delivery – Choose a preferred date (subject to availability)

Our delivery team handles every parcel personally — no rough transit, no melting chocolate, and no crushed packaging.

Local Pickup

No local pickup is available at the moment.

Delivery Conditions
  • We deliver to residential and business addresses.

  • Safe-drop may be used if permission is given at checkout.

  • If no one is home and safe-drop is not allowed, your order may be returned to us and rescheduled. A redelivery fee may apply.

Refund & Returns Policy

Because Delbaré gift boxes include food items, personal care goods, and handcrafted pieces, we follow a strict but fair returns policy to ensure the health, safety, and integrity of our products.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind once an order has been prepared or delivered.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll assess the situation and provide one of the following:

  • Replacement item

  • Store credit

  • Refund (in rare cases where replacement isn’t possible)

Perishable & Personal Care Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Chocolates and food items

  • Skincare, moisturisers, and personal care products

  • Incense, candles, and fragrance items

Unless they arrived faulty.

Custom or Special Orders

Customised, personalised, or made-to-order boxes cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days depending on your bank.
